温度对超级13Cr油管钢慢拉伸应力腐蚀开裂的影响

摘    要:采用慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)应力腐蚀开裂试验方法,通过σ-ε曲线和SEM等分析了超级13Cr油管钢抗拉强度、延伸率、断裂时间、应力腐蚀开裂敏感性指数(kscc)和断口形貌;研究了温度对其在3.5%NaCl溶液中应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的影响。结果表明:当温度<60℃时应力腐蚀的程度较轻;当温度>80℃时应力腐蚀的程度严重;随温度的升高,超级13Cr油管钢的抗拉强度降低,延伸率减小,断面收缩率减小,断裂时间减小,应力腐蚀开裂的倾向性增大,应力腐蚀开裂敏感性指数kσ和kε均呈现增大的趋势,且kε比kσ增大的趋势更显著;温度对超级13Cr油管钢的塑性变形性的影响比对抗拉强度的影响更大。

Abstract:Effects of temperature on the stress corrosion cracking of super 13Cr tubing steel were investigated in 3.5 % NaCl,that tensile strength and elongation and cracking time and stress cor-rosion cracking susceptibility index kscc and fracture morphology were analyzed by slow strain rate tensile stress corrosion cracking (SSRT) experiment method and ms curve and SEM. the re-sults shows that the degree of stress corrosion were lesser at below 60 ℃and were severe at high-er 80 ℃. With the rise of temperature,the super 13Cr tubing steel tensile strength decreased, e-longation rate decreased, contraction ratio decreases, breaking time was reduced, stress corrosion cracking tendency of increase, the stress corrosion cracking susceptibility index kσ and kε are in-creasing, and the increased trend of kε were obviously than kσ, effects of temperature on the plastic deformation of super 13Cr tubing steel were greater than the tensile strength.
