先锋褐煤焦的铁催化CO2脉冲气化

摘    要:利用脉冲反应技术研究了先锋褐煤焦CO2气化反应的铁催化作用,并考察了铁负载量,催化剂前体和制备方法对化活性的影响。研究结果表明,催化剂前体为Fe(NO3)3时活性最高FeC6H5O7次之,FeCl3最小。离子交换制备方法可显著提高FeCl3催化活性,这些因素主要表现在对煤焦表现催化剂浓度的影响,铁对碳化聚丙烯腈的C 气化具有异常高的催化活性,其活的种可能为铁碳化合物。

Abstract:The activities of iron catalysts in gasification of Xianfeng brown coal char were studied using pulsed CO 2, the effects of iron loading, precursor and preparation method of the catalysts were investigated The catalyst with Fe(NO 3) 3 as the precursor showed the highest activity, and that with FeC 6H 5O 7 showed medium activity, and that with FeCl 3 showed the least activity. The activity of FeCl 3 can be increased by using ionexchanged preparation method The differences in catalyst activity are mainly resulted from different catalyst concentration on coal char surface Iron showed very high catalytic activity for the reaction between carbon dioxide and carbonized PAN, and iron carbonide may be the active species
