伊贝沙坦和苯那普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并高血压的疗效比较

目的 :观察伊贝沙坦和苯那普利对早期糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者血压及尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)的影响。方法 :将 34例患者随机分伊贝沙坦组 (1 50 mg/次 ,1次 /日 ,1 8例 )和苯那普利组(1 0 mg/次 ,1次 /日 ,1 6例 )。两组均治疗 6个月 ,并观察其治疗前后血压及 UAER的变化。结果 :两组血压及 UAER均明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,但两组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。两组治疗后 UAER下降幅度与收缩压、舒张压下降幅度之间比较无显著相关性 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :伊贝沙坦和苯那普利均能有效降低血压 ,减少尿蛋白的排泄 ,保护肾脏

Effects comparison of irbesartan and benazepril on early diabetic nephropathy with hypertension

Objective: It is to observe irbesartan and benazepril on early diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. Methods: Thirty four patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with irbesartan (150mg, qd, n =18) and the other group was treated with benazepril (10mg, qd, n =16) for 6 months. Then the changes of blood pressure and UAER were observed after treatment. Results: BP and UAER in the two groups were obviously decreased after treatment ( P <0.01). No significant difference was found between irbesartan group and benazepril group ( P >0.05). No significant correlation between the magnitude of decrease of UAER and that of SBP or DBP was found in the two groups ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion: Irbesartan or benazepril has beneficial effect on the decrease of BP and UAER, and they can protect kidney.
