| 摘 要： | 目的降低和减少口腔诊疗过程中院内感染因素及医务人员职业暴露。方法采用调查、询问、对照检测（包括诊疗环境空气、诊疗器械、医务人员手、血液传播性疾病病毒检测）等方法，进行统计学处理。结果调查5所医疗机构，诊疗环境空气合格率为56．7％，医务人员手合格率为51．8％，口腔器械合格率为89．8％，综合治疗台表面合格率为86．4％。结论口腔科诊疗器械、环境污染状况不容忽视，有效的控制措施可以降低和减少医院感染发生。
