摘    要:将GB/T10656-2008锌试剂分光光度法在线化,建立了水中锌的流动注射全自动在线分析法,优化了实验参数。锌浓度在0.01~3.00mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.003mg/L,对0.50mg/L、1.00mg/L、2.00mg/L的含锌水样连续测定11次,相对标准偏差分别为0.75%、0.42%、0.74%。将该法用于环境水样分析,结果令人满意,回收率在98.5%~107.9%之间。

Abstract:The spectrophotometric method of GB/T 10656-2008 for the determination of Zn reagent has been converted into an on-line method based on flow injection analysis for the automatic on-line analysis of Zn in water.The experimental parameters are optimized.There is a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01-3.00mg/L with the detection limit of 0.003 mg/L.The water samples with Zn concentrations of 0.50,1.00,2.00mg/L were determined(n=11),and the RSDs were 0.75%,0.42% and 0.74%,respectively.The method has been used for the analysis of environmental water samples satisfactorily with the recovery of 98.5%-107.9%.
