腔内剜除法前列腺汽化电切治疗前列腺良性增生

摘    要:目的总结腔内剜除法前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的效果。方法对86例良性前列腺增生症患者采用腔内剜除法前列腺汽化电切经尿道切除,对手术时间,术中出血量,术后出血量及冲洗时间、电切综合征及其他并发症发生率,拔除尿管时间和术后IPSS评分等进行总结。结果腔内剜除法前列腺汽化电切治疗良性前列腺增生症在手术时间,术中出血量,术后出血量及冲洗时间,并发症发生率上都有明显改善。结论腔内剜除法前列腺汽化电切术在治疗良性前列腺增生中是一种切实可行的技术。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate intraluminal enucleation in transurethral vaporization and electro- resection of the prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Eighty - six cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with intraluminal enueleation in transurethral vaporization and electro - resection of the prostate were reviewed retrospeetively. The operation time. the surgery blood loss, transurethral resection syndrome(TURS) occurrence,postoperative bleeding, catheterization time, the difference of IPSS and quality of life(QOL) were observed. Results With the new procedure,the procedure had less operation time and less intraoperative blood loss, less postoperative bleeding and less bladder irrigation time, no transurethral resection syndrome (TURS) occurred, IPSS and QOL significantly improved. Conclusion Intraluminal enucleation in transurethral vaporization and electro - resection of the prostate is a practically feasible procedure in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
