介绍了间二甲苯氨氧化制间苯二甲腈喷雾型V-Cr系细颗粒催化剂的简要制造过程和主要物化数据,根据φ2″细颗粒流化床反应器考察结果,讨论V-Cr系催化剂内添加B、P元素及催化剂的原料和不同合成条件对反应的影响。结果表明,在选定的工艺条件下,催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性。同时评述了细颗粒催化剂随反应器放大而负荷保持不变的特点。

Study of Spray Type V-Cr Catalysts Used in m-Xylene Ammoxidation

The preparation of V-Cr system spray type catalyst was investigated, with B and P as catalyst promotors good catalytic reactivity and stability were obtained on evaluating the catalyst for ammoxidation of m-xylene to form isophthalonitrile in a fluidized bed reactor. By using spray type microspherical catalysts, the scale-up effect of industrial fluidized bed reactors could be reduced.
