| 摘 要： | 防腐蚀层与阴极保护联合使用是目前长输管道外壁最常见的防护措施。但是,管道外防腐蚀涂层,特别是绝缘性能良好的防腐蚀层脱粘剥离后,会引发阴极保护电流屏蔽,使管道得不到有效的保护电流,最终导致管道腐蚀,引发安全事故。本文综述了管道外防腐蚀涂层引起阴极保护电流屏蔽现象的原因、表现形式、对管道的危害以及解决的办法。

| Abstract: | Combination of coatings with cathodic protection is the common measure to protect the pipelines from corrosion.But the shelled coating which has good insolation property may result in the current shielding for cathodic protection.This paper reviews the reasons of cathodic protection shielding of coatings,the forms of cathodic protection shielding,and its harm to the pipelines and the solution for the cathodic protection current shielding. |
