结核病专科医院和结防机构二线抗结核药物使用现状调查

目的了解肺结核患者在专科医院治疗与在结防机构治疗期间二线抗结核药的使用情况。方法在全国选取5个省市作为研究地区。采用随机抽样原则对患者病案进行调查,并对知情关键人物进行访谈。结果患者的二线抗结核药物使用比例高达到56.3%;使用的二线药种类较多,其中左氧氟沙星在2个机构中使用最多,分别占到89.6%和81.0%。结论在二线抗结核药物的使用上存在很大问题,因此政府和医院要出台相应政策使二线抗结核药物使用规范化。

Investigation of the second-line anti-TB drugs usage in specialist hospitals and tuberculosis control institutions

Objective To understand the use of second-line anti-TB drugs in TB specialist hospitals and tuberculosis control institutions. Methods Five provinces were selected in China as research sites. The patient medical records were randomly selected for investigation, corresponding key persons were interviewed. Results The proportion of second-line anti-TB drug use in patients has already reached 56.3%. There are a variety of second line drugs. Among which, Levofloxacin in two institutions is the mostly used, respectively 89.6% and 81.0%. Conclusion There are a lot of problems existed in second line drug use. Therefore, the government and specialist hospitals should develop relevant policies to restrict the use of second-line anti-TB drugs in TB patients.
