| Abstract: | To better take the advantages of BIM-based information integration management technologies and promote BIM-basedcost refinement management mode in construction phase， the cost management business process based on construction stage costBIM model is analyzed. The creation and management method for the construction stage cost BIM model is proposed. Theclassification of model component， the mapping method between model components and bill of quantities， and the level of modeldefinition of cost BIM are analyzed in detail. Data relationship model integrating construction cost BIM and the project informationis designed. Based on the BIM cost reform pilot project case， the related project BIM standardization work and BIM collaborationproject management platform design are investigated. |
