基于 FAHP-DEMATEL 的甘肃省装配式建筑供应链影响因素分析

通过文献查阅、相关政策及问卷调查，从设计阶段、采购阶段、制造阶段、装配阶段及外部因素等 5 个方面构建影响装配式建筑供应链的指标体系。将三角模糊数引入到 AHP 中，提出了基于 FAHP-DEMATEL 的装配式建筑供应链影响因素综合分析模型， 并以甘肃省某装配式建筑供应链为例验证所建模型的有效性。结果表明:甘肃省装配式建筑供应链关键影响因素为利益分配制度、构配件生产成本、政策激励程度、运输成本、参与方战略协同度及构配件的质量。基于研究结果，提出了针对性的建议，以期为甘肃省装配式建筑供应链的发展提供决策依据。

Analysis on Factors Influcing the Supply Chain of Prefabricated Buildingsin Gansu Province Based on FAHP-DEMATEL

Based on literature review， policy analysis and questionnaire survey， the index system that affects the supply chain ofprefabricated buildings is constructed from five aspects, including design stage， procurement stage， manufacturing stage， assemblystage, and external factors. Triangular fuzzy weight is introduced into AHP， and a comprehensive analysis model of influencingfactors of prefabricated building supply chain based on FAHP-DEMATEL is proposed. Taking a prefabricated building supply chainin Gansu Province as an example， the validity of the proposed model is verified. The results show that the key influencing factors ofthe supply chain of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province are identified, including benefit distribution system， production cost ofcomponents， degree of policy incentives， transportation cost， strategic synergy of participants, and quality of components. Based onthe results， corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide decision-making basis for the development of prefabricatedbuilding supply chain in Gansu Province.
