山东省高粱产业发展现状及未来展望

随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施，山东省高粱生产结构不断优化调整，供需形势发生了显著变化，科技成果转化率逐渐提高，产业发展状况备受关注。2019年，山东省高粱种植面积及产量持续减少，市场价格稳中有升，产业融合加速发展，高粱新品种、新技术的发展前景广阔，但仍存在专用品种少、机械化水平低、政策扶持力度不足、品牌效应不突出等问题。本研究从加强政策支持、施行人才激励机制、良种良法配套与推广、加强品牌培育与宣传、调整产业结构等方面提出了促进高粱产业发展的对策建议。

Development Status and Prospect of Sorghum Industry in Shandong Province

With the in-depth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Shandong Province, the production structure of sorghum has been continuously optimized and adjusted, and the situation of supply and demand has been significantly changed, the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements has been gradually increased, and the development of sorghum industry has attracted much attention. In 2019, the planting area and yield of sorghum in Shandong Province decreased, the market price increased, and the development of industry integration was accelerated. The prospect of new sorghum varieties and new technologies is broad. However, there are still problems, such as fewer special-purpose varieties, low level of mechanization, lack of supporting policies, and weak brand effect. Thus, this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of sorghum industry from the aspects of strengthening policy support, implementing the talent incentive mechanism, matching and popularizing new varieties and techniques, enhancing brand cultivation and publicity, adjusting industrial structure and so on.
