摘    要:为了使凌钢高炉扩容改造后的烧结矿更加具有生产能力,在结合原有75 m2烧结机基础自动化系统和变频传动系统控制设计的基础上,根据工艺特点重点分析了该自动化系统设计改造所采用的具体控制方法:燃烧控制,带冷机下料槽下料、配料控制,混合制粒加水控制以及变频传动系统对烧结机控制,使改造后的烧结矿为系统的安装,调试和维修工作带来极大的方便,在网络控制上更加安全、可靠、速度快,实时性强。同时也大大地提高了烧结矿的生产能力。

Abstract:Emphasis is put on the analysis of the technical features of the concrete controlling method on the basis of the former basic automation system of the 75 m2 sintering furnace and the design of the frequency conversion transmission system in order to improve the producing ability of the sintering ore of the Linggang (Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group Company) Steel blast furnace after it enlarges its production: the control of the well-burn point of the sintering furnace, the feeding in the feed opening of cold machine, the control of feed ratio, the watering control of the mixing pellet fabrication and the frequency conversion transmission system's control of the sintering furnace will make the improved sintering ore bring conveniences to the set-up, adjustment and maintenance work to the system, which will also make the network control safer, more reliable, faster and more efficient. Meanwhile, it will obviously increase the productivity of the sintering ore.
