| 摘 要： | 血管形成在肿瘤发生、发展中起重要作用,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可特异性促进生成新血管,在多种肿瘤组织中高表达。故VEGF在食管癌生长和转移过程中起重要作用,并与食管癌预后密切相关。目前靶向VEGF及其受体的肿瘤治疗已取得很大进展。本文就近年VEGF与食管癌的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Angiogenesis plays an important role in the development and progression of tumor. Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, the specific key inducer of angiogenesis, is overexpressed in various tumor tissues. VEGF plays an important role in the development and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma, and is closely correlated with its prognosis. The anti-tumor therapy targeting VEGF and its receptor has made great progress. In this article, advances in the study of VEGF and esophageal carcinoma in recent years were reviewed. |
