开式压力机新型摩擦离合器与制动器结构和传动系统探讨

摘    要:在分析开式压力机采用开式传动存在问题的基础上,指出了在现代开式压力机中采用闭式传动的必要性。深入分析了采用闭式传动时该传动系统应满足的条件;首次提出机械刚性联锁方式的正确协调关系——活塞存在两个运动阶段的新观点;建立了新型闭式传动系统;特别是本文首次提出的新型离合器与制动器系统,具备许多优越的性能,值得在实际中大面积推广使用。

Abstract:On the basis of analysing existent problems with in open side press, necessity is explictlg pointed out that closed transmission is adopted in modern open side press. Requirements that transmission system must be satisfied with are thoroughly analysed and studied when modern open side adopt closed transmission system. A new viewpoints with regard to correct coordinate relations with mechanical rigid interlocking way is firstly put forward that there are two moviny stage of piston in the course of the clutch engaging and brake braking. A new type of closed transmission system in the open side press is constructed. Particularly, a new type of structure of clutch and brake is firstly established. The structure have many superior properties and worth extensive application and dissemination in reality.
