卵巢囊腺瘤MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值

目的探讨卵巢囊腺瘤磁共振（MRI）诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的卵巢囊腺瘤的MRI表现，包括肿块的大小、形态、数目及增强表现。结果20例中共25个病灶，卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤8例（12个病灶，其中1个病灶为交界性）；黏液性囊腺瘤11例（12个病灶）；子宫内膜样囊腺瘤1例（1个病灶），均诊断为良性病变，其中，21个病灶诊为囊腺瘤，3个病灶误诊为卵巢囊肿，1个病灶误诊为畸胎瘤，正确诊断率为84％；1个交界性囊腺瘤未做出诊断，良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断准确率为97％。结论MRI能够对绝大多数卵巢囊腺瘤作出正确诊断。

The diagnostic and differential diagnosis value of MRI in ovarian cystadenoma

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and differential diagnosis value of MRI in ovarian cystadenoma. Methods MRI and pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed in 20 patients with 25 ovarian cystadenoma, including the size, shape, number, and the enhanced pattern of the mass after contrast-enhanced. Results In 20 patients with 25 lesions, including 12 lesions in 8 serous cystadenomas and 12 lesions in 11 mucous cystadenomas and 1 lesion in endormetrioid cystadenomas. All these ovarian lesions were diagnosed benign mass, 3 lesions misdiagnosed as cyst, 1 lesion misdiagnosed as teratoma, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 84%（21/25）. One lesion combine borderline cystadenomas was missed diagnosis, The accuracy of benign tumor was 97%（21/25）. Conclusion MRI of the vast majority of ovarian cystadenoma is able to make the correct diagnosis.
