上海市奉贤区中青年脑卒中患者生存质量及其影响因素研究

目的 探讨奉贤区中青年脑卒中患者的生存质量状况及其影响因素,为提高患者生存质量提供依据。 方法 对482例中青年脑卒中患者进行流行病学问卷调查,收集被调查者的基础资料和脑卒中专门化生存质量量表评分,并进行流行病学统计学分析。 结果 中青年脑卒中患者生存质量总体均值影响最大的自变量为家庭人均收入、残疾等级、康复锻炼情况(t=5.340、-20.074、2.563,均P<0.05);患者残疾等级与患者生存质量呈负相关;患者康复锻炼情况、家庭人均收入与生存质量呈正相关。 结论 针对中青年脑卒中患者不同的疾病现状进行干预,加强早期康复锻炼,减轻患者的经济负担,能有效改善中青年脑卒中患者生存质量。

Quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with stroke and its influencing factors in Fengxian district,Shanghai

Objective To explore the quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with stroke and its influencing factors in Fengxian district, and to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of patients. Methods Four hundred and eighty-two young and middle-aged patients with stroke were investigated by epidemiological questionnaires. The general information and the scores of Stroke-specific Quality of Life (SS-QOL) of the respondents were collected, and then analyzed by epidemiological statistics. Results The most significant independent variables affecting the overall mean of quality of life of the young and middle-aged stroke patients were household incomes per capita, disability grade and status of rehabilitation and exercise (t=5.340, t=-20.074, t=2.563, all P<0.05). The patients’ quality of life was negatively correlated with their disability grades, but positively correlated with their rehabilitation and exercise status and household incomes per capita. Conclusions It can effectively improve the quality of life of the young and middle-aged stroke patients by performing intervention based on their disease status, intensifying early rehabilitation and exercise, and reducing their economic burden.
