81例儿童药物中毒临床分析

目的 :对引起儿童中毒的药物进行调查分析。方法 :根据“药物中毒”的编码 ,检索武汉中心医院及武汉市儿童医院的病案综合管理系统 ,并调阅符合“药物中毒”的 81例病例。结果 :儿童药物中毒与年龄、性别有关 ,中毒药物品种多 ,分布广泛 ;中毒症状为神经系统损害为主的多组织器官损害的表现。结论 :大力开展儿童安全知识教育 ,药品管理应规范化和法制化 ,提高对药物中毒的诊断水平。

Analysis of Drug Intoxication in 81 Cases of Children

Objective:Drug intoxications in children were investigated. Method:Synthetical record managing system of Wuhan City Second Hospital and Wuhan City Pediatric Hospital were explored on basis of the code of drug intoxications, and 81 cases of patients' records according with drug intoxications were reviewed. Results:Drug intoxications in children was related to age and sex, the kind of drug resulting in intoxications were more, distributing widely, intoxicating symptoms were due to lesions of mutiple tissues and organs, but main lesion were related to nervous system. Conclusion:Drug administration should be achieved standardization and legalization, the diagnostic level of drug intoxication must be raised.
