典型管段中膨胀节的选型

摘    要:波纹管膨胀节的正确选型设计,对于管网的稳定和安全运行十分重要.通过固定支架的设置,将管路系统分为若干形状相对简单的典型管段,再根据各典型管段的位移补偿要求来选择波纹管膨胀节的类型,达到正确选型目的.详细介绍了管网上主固定支架、次固定支架、导向支架的设置以及基本载荷的分配,根据固定支架的设置将管网分解成直管段、Ⅱ形管段、L形管段、平面Z形管段、空间Z形管段等几种典型管段,提出了每种典型管段的膨胀节选型方案.

Abstract:Selecting right type of expansion joints plays a very important role in running pipe network. Through setting up pipe frames, the pipe network was divided into several typical pipeline such as straight pipeline, II-shape pipeline, T-shape pipeline, L-shape pipeline, plane Z-shape pipeline, space Z-shape pipe segment. The methods on selection types of expansion joints in each pipe segment according to the requirements of displacement compensation of each typical pipeline are put forward. Selection types of expansion joints in the typical pipeline, setting up anchors, guiding frames and distribution of basic load are particularly introduced in this paper.
