南瓜中微量元素测定的研究

摘    要:研究了火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定南瓜中多种微量元素的条件,测定了在不同生长时期南瓜中K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co, Cr等10种元素的含量以及它们在瓜肉、瓜仁中的分布,方法的相对标准偏差介于0.1%~2.6%之间,平均回收率在96.7%~106.5%之间,分析结果满意。分析结果表明,南瓜中Zn, Mn,Cr, K, Ca和Mg等人体必须的生命元素含量较高,提示了南瓜具有较高的营养价值。

Abstract:Conditions for simultaneous determination of multi-trace elements in pumpkin by FAAS were studied. K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co and Cr in different parts and different growth periods of pumpkin were determined, the relative standard deviation of the method is between 0.1% and 2. 6%, and the recovery is between 96. 7% and 106.5%. Analytical results were satisfactory. The results showed that some elements essential to human such as K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cr and Mn in pumpkin are abundant, implying that the nutritive value of pumpkin is high.
