| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆地区幽门螺杆菌(HP)临床分离株对常用抗幽门螺杆菌抗生素甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林等的体外敏感性及耐药性,为临床根除治疗HP感染提供依据,以指导临床用药.方法 HP菌株取自重庆医科大学附属第二医院胃镜室,分离培养后,采用琼脂稀释法进行体外抗生素敏感性实验,检测HP对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、替硝唑、四环素、呋喃唑酮的敏感性,各种抗生素的MIC范围均为0.125～256μg/mL.结果 从887例患者胃黏膜中培养出HP96株,其对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、替硝唑、四环素及呋喃唑酮的耐药率分别为91.67%、29.17%、4.17%、4.17%、0%和8.33%.结论 重庆地区HP对阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮和替硝唑有较好的敏感性;而对甲硝唑和克拉霉素的耐药率较高,分别为91.67%和29.17%;未发现对四环素耐药.
