冠心病病人血清脂联素与可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)病人血清中脂联素与可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:选择冠心病病人59例,其中急性冠脉综合征(ACS)31例,稳定性心绞痛(SAP)28例,采用ELISA法检测病人血清脂联素、sICAM-1的浓度并与20例健康对照比较。结果:ACS组病人血清脂联素的浓度显著低于SAP组和对照组(P〈0.05).sICAM-1浓度显著高于SAP组和对照组(P〈0.05),血清脂联素的浓度与sICAM-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.295,P〈0.05)。结论:血清脂联素与sICAM-1水平的变化与冠脉病变的稳定性有关,检测血清中脂联素与slCAM-1对于冠心病的辅助诊断、病情判断、及预防治疗有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of variation of serum adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Serum adiponectin and slCAM-lwere measured by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) in59 patients with CHD, and compared with 20 healthy subjects. Results: Serum concentration of adiponectin in patients with AMI were significantly lower than in paitents with SAP and normals (P〈0.05)while Serum concentration of slCAM- 1 in patients with AMI were significantly elevated than in paitents with SAP and normals (P〈0.05). adiponectin correlated negatively with slCAM-1 (r=-0.295,P〈0.05). Conclusion: The variation of serum adiponectin and slCAM-lin patients with CHD reflect the stability of the atherosclerotic plaque. Detecting of serum adiponectin and slCAM-1 is great value to the diagnosis,treatment and progonosis of CHD.
