摘    要:纤维复合材料的性能取决于其加工过程中纤维的变形、取向以及悬浮液的流变性能等因素,因此认识纤维的上述变化及流动诱导取向的机理就非常重要。与刚性纤维的研究相比,柔性纤维的变形及取向更复杂,是目前复合材料领域中开始关注的焦点。介绍了柔性纤维悬浮液的直接数值模拟法——颗粒模拟法(PSM)及其主要结果。通过研究方法可以分析柔性纤维的弹性变形、运动轨迹、取向分布以及悬浮液的流变性能变化。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of fiber composites depend on factors in processing,such as rheological properties,fiber deformation,orientation and distribution as well as hydrodynamic interaction.So understanding the mechanism of flow-induced orientation was significant.Compared with rigid fibers,orientation and deformation of flexible fiber were more complex and the theory begins to focus on them.Particles simulation method(PSM) which was used to simulate flexible fiber suspension was described,and some important results from it were given.The elastic deformation,trajectory,orientation distribution and the suspension’s rheological properties of flexible fiber was analyzed by research method.
