超声检查肝血管瘤形成与苯作业的关系探讨

目的探讨肝血管瘤形成与苯作业的关系。方法选择250例苯作业工人为观察组，250例不接触苯的健康人为对照组，运用超声检查肝脏，对其影象进行比较。结果肝血管瘤观察组11例，占4．4％；对照组4例，占1．6％，比较差异有显著性（p〈0．05）。观察组男性肝血管瘤的发病9例，占5％；女性肝血管瘤的发病2例，占2．8，比较差异有显著性（p〈0．05）。结论肝血管瘤的形成与苯作业有一定的内在联系，且注重对某作业工人的职检，定期进行B超检查，对有早期发现肝血管瘤有一定帮助。

Association of the formation of liver vascular tumor with benzene exposure

Objective To investigate the association of the formation of liver vascular tumor with benzene exposure. Methods 250 workers who had been exposed to benzene at work were selected to the study group, and 250 healthy people who had no history of benzene exposure at work were recruited to the control group. The liver was detected by ultrasonography in all the workers and the healthy people. Results The incidence of liver vascular tumor was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P <0.05); and it was higher in the male workers than in the female workers. Conclusions The formation of liver vascular tumor is somewhat associated with benzene exposure.
