| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找更合适的中医眼科规培生的临床教学方法。方法:选取43名中医眼科规培学员随机分为两组,分别用传统教学法和布鲁姆教学法进行10个月的临床教学,最后比较两组的考试成绩。结果:基础知识考试中,两组考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在应用能力考试中,两组考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床应用能力方面,布鲁姆教学法相对传统教学法具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a more suitable clinical teaching method for traditional Chinese medicine training students in ophthalmology.Methods 43 students were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional teaching method and the bloom teaching method were used in clinical teaching for 10 months.The final test results were compared.Results In the basic knowledge test,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the application ability test,there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,bloom teaching method has obvious advantages in the clinical application ability assessment. |
