综采工作面回撤通道围岩控制技术应用

摘    要:针对8206工作面停采期间回撤通道出现顶板破碎、冒落、煤壁片帮等现象,对回撤通道顶板提出"JW型钢带+纵向恒阻锚索吊棚+支设单体柱"联合支护措施,对煤壁提出"注浆支护+迈步式桁架锚杆支护"联合支护措施。实际应用中,联合支护措施控制了回撤通道顶板下沉、煤壁片帮现象,提高回撤通道成型效果。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon of roof breaking,caving and coal wall spalling during the stoping of 8206 working face,the combined support measures of"JW type steel belt+longitudinal constant resistance anchor cable hanging shed+supporting single column"are proposed for the roof of the retreating passage,and the combined support measures of"grouting support+step Truss Bolt Support"are proposed for the coal wall.In practical application,the combined support measures can control the roof subsidence and coal wall spalling of the withdrawal channel and improve the forming effect of the withdrawal channel.
