水力压裂切顶卸压控制临近巷道围岩变形研究

摘    要:针对顶板坚硬、采空区悬露顶板面积较大、对临近巷道围岩变形影响较大等问题,提出超前水力压裂预切顶板方法,使采空区悬露顶板及时垮落。研究表明,工作面回采后预切顶板在裂隙面、岩层自重及动压影响下及时垮落,临近3314巷道围岩变形与未切顶时相比大大减少,大大缓解了临近巷道支护难度,减少了巷道返修工程量。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as hard roof,large area of suspended roof in goaf and great in fluence on surrounding rock deformation of adjacent roadways,the method of pre cutting roof by advanced hydraulic fracturing is put forward to make the suspended roof in goaf collapse in time.The research shows that the pre cut roof of the working face collapses in time under the in fluence of the fracture surface,the self weight of the strata and the dynamic pressure.The deformation of the surrounding rock near the 3314 tunnel is greatly reduced compared with that without the cutting of the roof,which greatly alleviates the support dif ficulty of the adjacent tunnel and reduces the work amount of the tunnel repair.
