摘    要:设计开发了一套基于STM32F103微处理器的通用型高精度电力监控和故障录波系统。系统硬件主要包括数据采集单元、CAN/USB协议转换单元和监控PC等部分,软件包括数据采集单元、转换单元的固件程序和上位机应用程序。该系统可实时测量并显示多点三相电压、电流、功率、功率因数、谐波等基本电参数;发生故障时,还可记录故障暂态波形,并可在上位机还原。另外,采用最小二乘法对模拟采样通道进行补偿,提高了数据采集精度。试验表明,该系统能满足大型电气试验的电力监控和故障录波需求。

Abstract:A high precision universal power monitoring and fault recording system based on STM32F103 nficrochip is developed, in which the hardware is composed of data acquisition units, CAN/USB transfer unit and monitoring PC, the software consists of function code for microchips and applications in monitoring PC. The system was able to real-timely measure the elementary power parameters, such as three phase voltage, current, power, power factor, harmonics, etc. Waveforms conld be recorded when fault oceured. In addition, analog sampling channels were compensated by the least square method, which resulted in a higher data acquisition precision. The experiments show that the developed system meets the requirements of power system monitoring and fault recording.
