摘    要:以均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为原料,分别采用机械搅拌法与高速砂磨法制备了一系列不同氮化铝(AlN)掺杂量的氮化铝/聚酰亚胺复合薄膜(AlN/PI).测试了复合薄膜的力学性能、热稳定性及电性能,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了薄膜的断面形貌,系统分析了无机含量以及两种制备方式对复合薄膜各项...
