摘    要:超声波电动机是一种由压电振动而获得旋转力的新型微特电动机,它与传统电动机的工作原理不同,本文在对行波类环形超声波电动机的结构进行介绍的同时,对其运行机理作了分析,并针对这种电动机特殊的工作方式提出了其调频控制电源的设计思想。

Abstract:The ultrasonic motor is a sort of new type of micromotor, whose rotatingforce is yielded by piezoelectric vibration. It's operating principle is quitedifferent from the traditional motors. The construction of a travelling wavetype ring ultrasonic motor is introduced in this paper,and the operating prin-ciple is also analysed in the following. The design thought of its frequency-modulated control power source is proposed to meet the special operatingmanner of this motor.
