摘    要:"功能性食品"是高等学校食品专业开设的综合性必修课程。利用"雨课堂"智慧教学工具,对"功能性食品"课程线上线下教学实施过程中的教学内容、过程、手段和过程考核方式等教学细节进行改革,并基于"新工科"和"工程认证"的背景,进行教学模式改革,以使"功能性食品"课程的教学内容新颖而丰富、过程生动形象、教学手段较为先进及考核方式多样并且能够可衡量,以期培养提高食品专业大学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。

Abstract:Functional Food is a comprehensive majors subject for food professional student in universities.Therefore,in the teaching process of the course Functional Food,aiming at the deficiencies of teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods and examination methods for the Functional Food,teacher has reformed the teaching model with use of the"rain classroom"intelligent teaching tool on the base of the"new engineering"and"engineering certification"background.Its purpose was to study the problems in the teaching of Functional Food,such as the old-fashioned of the content,monotonous of the process,backward of the methods and single of the examination method,further to improve the ability of solving complex engineering problems for food professional college students.
