液压双吊点闸门启闭同步控制方法研究

摘    要:为了解决传统水闸工程中液压双吊点闸门启闭存在的控制同步偏差问题,文章以江苏省内的盐城市串场河伍佑闸为例,对同步控制方法进行了优化设计,分析了液压双吊点闸门启闭机的工作原理和工作流程,计算了闸门启闭机载荷并确定了启闭机实时开度,最终利用设计并安装的控制器,实现对双吊点闸门启闭机的同步控制。与传统控制方法相比,具有较高的同步控制效果。

Abstract:Jiangsu Yancheng Chuanchang River Wuyou Gate is adopted as an example in the paper in order to solve the control synchronous deviation problems of hydraulic double lifting point gate opening and closing in traditional sluice projects.The synchronous control method is optimally designed.The working principle and work flow of hydraulic double lifting point gate hoist is analyzed.The gate hoist load is calculated,the hoist real-time opening is determined.The designed and installed controller is finally utilized to realize the synchronous control of double lifting point gate hoist.Compared with the traditional control method,it has higher synchronous control effect.
