同种异体肾移植48例疗效观察

目的:探讨肾移植治疗晚期肾脏疾病的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年1月~2006年7月施行的同种异体肾移植48例病历资料,中位随访5(1~8)年,移植后密切随访、后期采用低剂量的环孢素ACsA<2 mg/(kg.d)]。结果:随访期患者存活39例,生活质量良好,能正常工作;肾存活38例。术后1年内死亡4例,1~2年死亡2例,2~3年死亡3例,3~8年无死亡病例。1年生存率89.6%,2年生存率85.4%,3年以上生存率81.3%。结论:同种异体肾移植是治疗晚期肾脏疾病的理想治疗方法,移植后期采用低剂量的CsA和密切随访可提高远期生存率。

Observation on the curative effect of allograft renal transplantation in 48 cases

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of renal transplanta- tion in the treatment of advanced renal diseases. Methods ： The medical data were analyzed retrospectively on 48 patients undergone allograft renal transplantation between January 2000 and July 2006 in our hospital. The patients were followed up regularly from the first to the 8th year after the procedure（median, 5） and treated by cyclosporin A（CsA） with a lower dose of 〈 2 mg/（kg.d） at the later stage of post-transplantation. Results ： The 39 survivals could live a normal life and carry out their daily routine work during the follow-up period, but the living donors were found in 38 cases. After the procedure, 4 patients died within one year, 1 died between 1 and 2 years and 3, within 2 or 3 years, but no death was found between the 3^rd and 8^th year. The survival rate of one, two or three years was 89.6%, 85.4% and 81.3%, respectively. Conclusion ： Allogeneic renal transplantation is an ideal approach to the treatment of advanced kidney disease. Administration with low-dose CsA at the later stage of post-transplantation and regular follow-up can improve longterm survival.
