摘    要:创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心,也是研究生培养质量的重要标志,如何培养研究生的创新能力日益成为研究生教育改革的重要课题。本文分析总结了研究生创新教育的现状,进而以建构主义学习理论为指导,以培养医学生的创新能力为目标,提出了研究生创新能力培养的儿点意见和措施。

Abstract:Innovative creativity is the core of postgraduate education, and is also an important symbol of postgraduate cultivating quality, how to culture their innovative creativity is the top priority of the current postgraduate education reform. This paper analysed and summarized the present situation of post- graduate innovation education, and in the aiming at training their innovation ability, put forward several o- pinions and measures on the training of postgraduate under the guidance of constructivism theory of learn- ing.
