| 摘 要： | 工程建设的造价控制贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段,而工程设计阶段的造价控制是工程建设造价控制的重点。文中分析了在现阶段在设计阶段造价控制存在的一些问题,并对如何加强造价控制提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for the project to apply the cost control throughout the various stages in its all long time. And in these various stages, the design phase of the project cost control is the focus of the construction cost control. This paper analyzed some problems exits in the currant construction design stages, and gave some recommendations on how to strengthen cost control in these stages. |
