| Abstract: | The design of a spindle assembly of a metal-cutting machine has been analysed. The manufacturing and assembly errors of the assembly parts and their influence on the geometrical accuracy have been defined. Analytical relationships for the prediction of the spindle assembly geometrical accuracy at the stage of design have been proposed. |
