| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用MCS－51单片机，以C51为编程语言，实现电力部《多功能电能表通信规约》的方法。详细介绍了MCS－51的串口工作在中断方式下，用状态图描述规约的接收过程，以及带缓存的发送过程，并给出了相关的代码。
