摘    要:通过三维激光抄数机实现对轮胎花纹结构的非接触测量,获取轮胎花纹三维数据点群,在用Surfacer软件处理测量的点云数据、提取轮胎特征线的基础上,利用Pro/E软件对轮胎进行数字化建模,得到的轮胎数字化模型的特征尺寸误差不大于0.42mm,对轮胎的反求设计进行了有益尝试.

Abstract:The tyre sample was measured in non-contact way by laser scanner to capture 3D data of tread pattern.Surfacer software was used to deal with the point clouds and pick up the characteristic curves of the tread pattern,and the model was reconstructed by means of Pro/E software.The dimention error of finished model is less than 0.42mm,it is a useful try to reverse engineering design of tyre.
