摘    要:分析了传统交叉铺网机存在的缺点,阐述了W1251型新型交叉铺网机的工作原理、机械结构和控制要求.提出并采用了双帘夹持式铺网机构、高性能伺服电机和SERCOS光纤环网多轴控制技术,通过控制输出面网速度与铺网小车同步运动,并采用Profiling轮廓控制方式,实现了交叉铺网装置的自动控制,给出了控制系统的详细方案和工作原理.

Abstract:Some traditional cross-lapping machine was discussed. The principal of a new type cross lapping machine was given. The detailed mechanical structures and the request for the movement control were discussed. In this new machine, a mechanism with two drapes to hold the cotton net, some high quality servomotors and multi-axes control technique based on SERCOS optic fiber ring network, and a method to control the moving speed of the lapping apparatus change with the cotton net synchronously, as well as a profiling control method were used. And the detailed control system was given.
