摘    要:超高压压缩机螺栓在交变载荷作用下,会产生疲劳失效破坏。介绍了超高压压缩机二段入口螺栓的受力分析,利用裂纹扩展速率与螺栓的临界裂纹尺寸对含缺陷的螺栓疲劳寿命进行了计算,为设备的诊断维护提供了合理的依据。

Abstract:The air cylinder bolts of super high pressure compressor may get fatigue failure after by action of the alternating loads. The analysis methods of fatigue life to the air cylinder bolts are introduced,the fatigue life can calculate according to the rate of crack growth and critical flaw size of bolt material. It provide a reasonable basis to the equipment maintenance.
