摘    要:3D打印技术是当前的热门科技,食品及软性材料3D打印技术也取得了不断地进步与发展。总结了3D打印技术的原理、分类及3D打印机的构成,综述讨论了食品及软性材料3D打印技术的研究现状及应用中需要克服的技术难点,对未来食品及软性材料3D打印技术的前景作出了展望。

Abstract:The 3 D printing technology is the current hot technology,food and soft materials 3 D printing technology is also making progress and development continuously.This paper summarized the principle and classification of 3 D printing technology,as well as the composition of the 3 D printer.The research status and technological difficulties in application of food and soft materials 3D printing technology were also discussed. Finally,an outlook on the development prospect of food and soft materials 3 D printing technology in the future was given.
