黄河三角洲地区高血压患者认知水平及社区干预护理策略的研究

目的：探讨黄河三角洲地区高血压患者对疾病认知水平以及社区干预和护理策略相关问题。方法自行设计社区高血压病知识问卷，对118例高血压病病人危险因素、症状知识、危害性知识、治疗知识、预防保健知识进行调查，采取健康教育、运动干预、心理干预、饮食干预、药物干预等方法，分析采取干预策略对高血压患者认知水平的影响。结果社区护理干预可明显提高高血压患者对疾病的认知水平和血压控制率。结论对高血压患者采取社区护理干预策略，提高社区高血压患者疾病知识认知水平，有效控制血压，预防疾病发展，改善患者健康行为，提高患者生活质量。

A study on the cognitive level of hypertension and nursing strategy of community intervention in the yellow river delta

Objective To investigate the cognition of disease in hypertensive patients in Yellow River Delta and the related problems of community intervention and nursing strategy .Methods We designed the community hypertension knowledge ques‐tionnaire ,and investigated 118 hypertensive patients with the risk factors ,symptom knowledge ,harm knowledge ,treatment knowledge and preventive health knowledge .Health education ,exercise intervention ,psychological intervention ,diet intervention and drug intervention were used to analyze the influence of intervention strategy on the cognitive level of hypertensive patients . Results The strategies of community nursing intervention can enhance cognitive level of patients and increase the rate of blood pressure control .Conclusion Taking the community nursing intervention strategies to patients with high blood pressure can raise the level of disease knowledge ,control blood pressure effectively ,prevent disease development ,improve patients health behaviors and improve the life quality of the patients .
