摘    要:双锥形制件为某产品的重要零件,制件的加工精度直接影响产品的性能指标,制件内孔较深,且壁厚差要求较高镦挤整形后,某双锥形制件出现壁厚超差问题,影响制件加工质量,为此进行了工艺技术改进,解决深双锥形制件壁厚超差问题。

A Double Conical Parts Stamping Technology Improvement
Abstract:A double conical important part for the key parts, parts machining accuracy directly affect the performance of the product, inner hole deeper parts, and wall thickness difference upset after plastic to high demand, a double conical thickness out-of-tolerance problem parts, affect the quality of product processing, therefore the technology improvement, solve the problem of deep double conical thickness of parts.
