| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PSSP平台的DCS仿真培训系统的实现，并以聚丙烯装置乙烯精制过程为例，具体说明工艺模型的实现以及仿DCS操作界面的实现方法。仿真培训系统具有真实感强、安全灵活的特点，已广泛用于各石化企业的操作技能培训与技能考核。

| Abstract: | The realization of DCS emulation training system based on PSSP platform is introduced, taking the ethylene purification process in the polypropylene unit as an example to illustrate the realization of technical models and DCS emulation operation interface. Emulation training system is provided with the characteristics of reality, security and flexible, it has been widely used in operation skill training and skill assessment in the petrochemical enterprises. |
