| 摘 要： | 在阐述高速公路交通事故的严重性及事故发生后紧急救援必要性的前提下,对国内外高速公路紧急救援现状进行了分析研究,指出我国目前在高速公路紧急救援方面的不足,并提出了改善我国高速公路交通事故紧急救援系统的建议.

| Abstract: | On the premise of illustrating the ponderance and the necessity of emergency rescue measures for the traffic accidents on the freeway, and after the analysis of current situation of freeway in our country, and abroad, the author points out the deficiency of our current emergency system for accidents on freeway. On the basis of referring to some correlative literature and the fact of our freeway, the author suggests to construct an emergency rescue system so as to improve the rescue actuality. |
