| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清胆固醇水平与精神分裂症患者冲动攻击行为的关系。方法：以既往史和外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分区分，有攻击行为者为冲动行为组，无攻击行为者(无冲动组)及健康者(正常对照组)为对照，比较3组的血清胆固醇水平，并与简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、MOAS进行相关分析。结果：冲动行为组较无冲动组及正常对照组胆固醇水平显著低。结论：精神分裂症患者的攻击行为可能与胆固醇水平有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum chlolesterol(CHO) level and impulsively aggressive behavior of the first onset schizophrenics. Method:According to the past violence history and rating on the overt aggression scale(OAS),88 inpatients with first onset schizophrenia were divided into group with aggressive behavior and group without aggressive behavior,compared with the normal controls. Serum CHO levels were tested,and the relationships between the CHO levels and sub-scales of the brief psychiatric rating scals (BPRS) and OAS were analyzed. Results:There was significanly lower CHO levels in aggressive group than in others. Conclusion:It is indicated that the aggressive behavior might relate to CHO levels in schizophrenics. |
