基于灰熵法的粗集料间隙率影响因素分析

摘    要:为了对骨架沥青混合料的嵌挤骨架特性进行深入研究,采取粗集料的骨架间隙率作为评价沥青混合料潜在骨架特性的指标。试验采用粒径范围为4.75~16mm的粗集料进行分析,通过调整粗集料中各粒径组比例,结合集料干捣试验,计算粗集料的间隙率,并运用灰熵法理论计算分析了各粒径组比例对粗集料间隙率的影响,找出影响粗集料间隙率的显著因素。结果表明,各粒径组对粗集料骨架间隙率的影响为:9.5~13.2mm粒径组集料对粗集料骨架间隙率影响显著,13.2~16mm粒径组集料影响次之,4.75~9.5mm粒径组集料影响最小。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the interlocking property of coarse aggregates,the voids in coarse aggregate were tested and calculated using of aggregates of 4.75~16 mm.Then grey correlation entropy method was applied to the significance analysis of influencing factors of interlocking property such as 4.75~9.5 mm sizes groups,9.5~13.2 mm sizes groups and 13.2~16 mm sizes groups.The results shows that the interlocking property of coarse aggregates is mainly influenced by the 9.5~13.2 mm sizes groups,and then the 13.2~16 mm sizes groups and the 4.75~9.5 mm sizes groups.
