| Abstract: | From the molecular beam speed distribution function, the molecular beam kinetic energy distribution function is derivated including the average kinetic energy, root - mean - square- kinetic and the most probable kinetic energy. The relationship of molecular beam kinetic energy distribution function and the function in the equilibrium state, the related features are compared. |
