谈援助西非的水利工程建设

在我国对非洲国家的友好援助中,水利工程占一定比重,援助西非的水利工程彼此之间具有较大的借鉴性。通过结合援助西非贝宁共和国马朗维尔垦区防洪堤修复工程的建设,主要针对设计、施工两个重要阶段,对工程的建设特点进行分析和总结,希望对今后援助西非的水利工程建设能够起到一定的参考作用。

Discussion on the building of Chinese foreign aid water project in West Africa

Among the Chinese aid to African countries, water projects account for an important portion in the common selections, and the experiences of different projects construction could be used to reference mutually. By study on the Malanville embankment project in the Republic of Benin, some special building characteristics about the design and constructing process are analyzed and summarized in the article. It is believed that the conclusion could be referred to the followed projects of China assistance water programs in West Africa.
