| 摘 要： | 提出了以CCD作为传感器,运用图像处理的方法,对机械零件二维尺寸实现非接触测量。从测量系统的构成与原理、图像处理与分析方面进行阐述。采取合理的算法,从实验中证明检测精度是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | Propose to use CCD as an image sensor,based on the methods of image processing,achieve non-contact measurement on twodimensional sizes of the mechanical parts.Describes from the composition and theory of the measuring system 、 image processing and analysis.To take reasonable algorithm,prove detection accuracy is satisfactory through experiments. |
